Tigerpoly Manufacturing largely produces injection-molded and blow-molded plastic and rubber air induction system parts for the automotive industry. Some of our customers include Honda of America Manufacturing and Mitsubishi Motors North America. Our air induction line includes air intake tubes, air flow tubes, chamber resonators, engine air passage assists, and air intake covers. In addition to these parts, Tigerpoly also manufactures other automotive parts such as shroud assemblies, headrests, suspension dust covers, and engine manifold covers. For the non-automotive sector, Tigerpoly produces p-type flexible hosing used in various construction and drainage applications. Tigerpoly has the equipment and technology to produce rack and pinions and CVJ boot assemblies. TPE, nylon, rubber, and polypropylene (talc-filled, glass-filled, and plain) are currently used as raw materials. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes 65-80 mm blow molding machines, 43-300 ton rubber injection machines, 75-1100 ton plastic injection machines, and extruders.
