Mold Technician
2nd Shift - 1 position
Reports to:
Maintenance Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Change injection, rubber and blow molding
molds in compliance with written procedures.
- Locate & set-up secondary equipment as
required for part number
- Perform minor adjustments of robots and
machines such as timers and counters according to set-up sheets.
- Make minor repairs and adjustments of all
equipment.
- Make requests for needed parts.
- Assist engineering and all levels of
maintenance staff upon request.
Job Requirements:
- Must have completed at least one (1) year
as a Mold Technician
- Must have excellent performance and
attendance record
- Must have forklift experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with hand tools including
ohmmeter, torque wrenches, and power tools.
- Ability to read blue prints.
- Ability to interpret written instructions.
- Must be able to pass written and oral
evaluations.
- Must be willing and available to work
overtime as needed to meet customer demands.

Maintenance Technician
3rd Shift – 2 Positions
Reports to:
Maintenance Supervisor
Job
Responsibilities:
- Determine problems and troubleshoot
equipment.
- Determine what repairs are needed and
perform repairs on equipment.
- Modify existing equipment.
- Perform safety inspections on plant floor
equipment and ensure that safety equipment is being used
properly.
Job Requirements:
- Solid knowledge in industrial electricity,
hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to climb overhead structures, and
to work underneath machines in close quarters in order to
perform day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to read and understand basic
electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics (minimum 1 year
experience on electrical repair on machinery or equivalent
training)
- Ability to do basic metal work on lather
and milling machines with instructions
- Ability to weld minor projects
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations
regarding equipment and power safety.
- Must be available to work with 3-phase
480V systems and control circuits.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read blue prints.
- Must be able to pass written and oral
evaluations.
- Must have experience in the following:
hydraulic, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting.
- 1 year experience in industrial and
machine repair.
